Chinese Chef

Ridiculusum F&B Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Cook to support bulk production operations at our central kitchen. Working under the Head Chef, this role focuses on executing standardized recipes, ensuring consistency, and maintaining food safety across multi-location supply.

This position plays a key role in delivering consistent taste, efficient production, and high-quality output across all our brands.

• Key Responsibilities- Production & Kitchen OperationsExecute bulk production of Chinese gravies, sauces, marinades, broths, and semi-finished products as per SOPs.
• Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency across all outlets.
• Assist in batch cooking, portioning, and daily production planning.
• Maintain quality and taste standards set by the Head Chef.
• Cold Chain & Food SafetyFollow cold chain processes including chilling, freezing, storage, and thawing.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of all products.
• Maintain hygiene and comply with FSSAI food safety standards.
• Follow FIFO practices and minimize wastage.
• Menu Execution & SupportAssist in preparation of Pan-Asian menu components for bulk production.
• Support R&D trials by accurately executing recipes and documenting results.
• Ensure consistency in sauces, spice mixes, and ready-to-cook items.
• Team CoordinationWork closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow kitchen discipline, SOPs, and hygiene practices.
• Assist in training junior staff when required.
• Cost & Efficiency ControlEnsure proper portioning and minimize raw material wastage.
• Maintain efficiency in prep and cooking processes.
• Support inventory control and stock handling.
• Required Skills & Experience2–4 years experience in Chinese / Pan-Asian cuisine.
• Experience in central kitchen / cloud kitchen / QSR setup preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills in:

• Gravies, sauces, stir-fries
• Noodles, rice, and wok cooking
• Basic dimsum preparation (preferred)
• Understanding of bulk cooking and kitchen workflows.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Preferred Background Experience working in multi-outlet brands or central kitchen setups.
• Familiarity with standardized recipes and high-volume production.
