Job Description
Nexora Creations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, energetic, and computer-savvy E-commerce Dispatch & Operations Executive for our premium global brand Clazzey at our Sahibabad location.
If you have great computer skills, understand Excel perfectly, and have worked in e-commerce warehouse dispatch before, apply immediately!
- Key Responsibilities:Order Processing & Dispatch: Print and verify shipping labels, scan barcodes, pack premium streetwear apparel safely, and hand over shipments to courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, etc.).
- Excel & Data Entry: Maintain daily records of inbound/outbound stock and track returns (RTO) flawlessly on Microsoft Excel sheets.
- Product Listings & Management: Assist the backend team in uploading new product listings and tracking stock availability on Shopify.
- Inventory Control: Monitor physical warehouse stock counts daily to ensure zero mismatch with digital records.
- Requirements & Skills:Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in E-commerce warehouse operations or logistics.
- Computer Knowledge: Must know Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data entry) and basic computer operations perfectly.
- Location preference: Candidates living in or near Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, or East Delhi who can commute daily.
- Joining: IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY.
