Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team.

The role involves generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting prospects into clients through effective communication and sales strategies.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and online channels
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with the marketing and field sales team
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer support
