Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM)

Mediend Health acts as a one-stop solution for patients who need surgery or advanced medical treatment, helping them at every stage:
- Finding the right doctor and hospital using AI-based recommendations
- Booking consultations (online & offline)
- Managing hospital admission and documentation
- Assistance with insurance claims and medical financing
- Providing post-surgery care and recovery support
Services & Specializations
- Proctology (piles, fissure, fistula)
- Urology (kidney stones, etc.)
- Gynecology
- ENT
- Vascular & general surgery
- Ophthalmology and more
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Generate leads through various channels ( calls, networking, digital platforms)
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
For Freshers (BDE):
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
For Experienced Candidates (BDM):
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in healthcare/pharma/diagnostics)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
