Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day interior production and site execution activities. The candidate will supervise carpentry, modular furniture production, polishing, fabrication, installation, and manpower coordination to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise production activities for interior and furniture projects
- Monitor carpentry, modular furniture, fabrication, polishing, and finishing work
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and site teams
- Ensure production targets and project timelines are achieved
- Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage
- Handle manpower allocation and worker supervision
- Monitor inventory, raw materials, and machine utilization
- Ensure safety standards and workplace discipline
- Prepare daily production and progress reports
- Resolve production and site-related issues quickly
- Required SkillsKnowledge of interior fit-out and furniture manufacturing
- Understanding of plywood, laminates, hardware, modular systems, and finishing materials
- Ability to read drawings and production layouts
- Team handling and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
