Urgent opening for Quality Check Engineer in kaushambi, Ghaziabad, UP

Exp : 2 Years

Salary : 20,000 - 35,000, Petrol allowance and mobile allowance as per company policy

company : Deals in UPVC Doors & Windows

Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical, Civil or related field preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection, production quality, building materials, uPVC, Aluminium, glass, hardware or related industry preferred.

Candidate should be comfortable working in factory and site environments as per company requirement.

Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred. 

Technical Knowledge

Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of:

uPVC doors and windows quality checks.

Aluminum doors and windows fabrication quality.

Glass, hardware, sealing, locking and alignment checks.

Reading basic production drawings, site drawings and measurement sheets.

Quality inspection tools, checklists, snag lists and non-conformance reporting.

Building materials, installation standards and customer complaint handling. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accuracy and timeliness of inspection reports and quality checklists.

Reduction in defects, rework and customer complaints.

Pre-dispatch quality approval within required timelines.

Closure of site quality issues, snag-list points and corrective actions.

Compliance with company quality standards and documentation discipline
