Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and build strong relationships with customers in the market. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, explaining offerings, and supporting business growth through direct field engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit potential customers and businesses to promote company products/services.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations and explain benefits to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
• Maintain daily reports of field activities, leads, and sales updates.
• Coordinate with the internal sales/marketing team for order processing and support.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic sales and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone apps.
• EligibilityGraduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
• Additional RequirementsTwo-wheeler preferred for local travel.
• Familiarity with the local market in Ghaziabad is an advantage.
