Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Online Lead Generation
- Generate sales leads through digital platforms, social media, and inbound channels.
- Maintain a database of prospective customers for follow-up and conversin.
Customer Interaction
- Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Coordination with Sales Team
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Share regular updates with the team on lead status and sales progress.
Follow-up and Conversion
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to drive sales closure.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through consistent performance.
- Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Proficiency in using digital platforms for lead generation is an added advantage.
