Job Description

  • ​Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive showroom walk-ins and digital leads to closure; achieve weekly and monthly sales targets for premium sofas, custom furniture sets, and exclusive collections.
  • ​Client Consultation: Provide a consultative sales experience by understanding client requirements, explaining the quality of premium woods/fabrics, and assisting with customization options.
  • ​Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom floor is immaculately maintained, visually appealing, and reflects the luxury branding of The RealWood Studio.
  • ​Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with premium walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers for repeat business and referrals.
  • ​Quotation & Follow-ups: Prepare accurate price quotations for custom orders and diligently follow up with prospective clients to secure deals.
  • ​After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery and installation, maintaining high post-purchase customer satisfaction.
