Service Coordinator

Client Follow-ups:

Regularly follow up with existing customers to understand if any service or support is required. Maintain good communication and ensure client satisfaction.

Service Scheduling:

Schedule daily visits of service engineers based on client needs and service requests. Coordinate effectively with the technical team to assign tasks efficiently.

Service Request Handling:

Identify client service requirements and prepare quotations for any additional service or maintenance requests. Share quotations with clients in a timely manner.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain daily and monthly records of all service engineer visits.

Prepare and submit a Monthly Report indicating which engineer visited which client, the purpose of the visit, and service outcomes.

Keep service request logs updated for internal review.

Coordination:

Serve as a bridge between the client and the service engineering team. Ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

Client Relationship Management:

Strengthen relationships with existing customers through excellent service and timely support.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with technical teams.

Fluent in English.
