Job Description

We are hiring experienced Female Team Leaders and Telecallers for Health Insurance Sales process. Candidates should have good communication skills and experience in telesales/insurance sales.


Team Leader Responsibilities:


* Handle and manage telesales team

* Achieve team sales targets

* Monitor daily performance and reporting

* Train and motivate team members


Telecaller Responsibilities:


* Make outbound calls to customers

* Generate leads and explain health insurance plans

* Follow up with interested customers

* Maintain customer records and achieve targets


Eligibility:


* Experienced and Fresher both can apply for Telecaller role

* Experience in Health Insurance, Telesales, or Banking Sales will be preferred


Salary:


* Telecaller Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 + Incentives

* Attractive performance-based incentives available


Strong communication and convincing skills required.
