- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding loan services.
- Explain loan products and generate customer interest.
- Handle customer queries professionally over calls.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain records.
- Coordinate with the sales and processing team.
- Maintain good customer relationships and achieve calling targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaFemale candidates only.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
