Customer Support & Order Confirmation Executive

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and quick-learning Customer Support Executive to join our team.

The person will be responsible for calling customers, confirming orders, handling return/exchange queries, and making sure customer issues are solved smoothly and professionally.

• ResponsibilitiesCall customers to confirm their orders before dispatch.
• Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage return and exchange requests properly.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order updates, replacements, refunds, and customer issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer conversations and order updates.
• Follow up with customers wherever required.
• Help reduce confusion, delays, and customer complaints.
• Use computer systems, order panels, WhatsApp, and support tools efficiently.
• Speak politely and professionally with customers in both Hindi and English.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident in speaking with customers on calls.
• Basic computer knowledge is a must.
• Should be able to operate order management/customer support systems.
• Should be calm, patient, and solution-oriented.
• Must be a quick learner and willing to understand brand processes.
• Should be responsible, punctual, and organized.
• Prior experience in customer support, e-commerce, fashion, or return/exchange management will be preferred.

Ideal CandidateSomeone who can speak well, learn fast, handle customers politely, and manage order-related issues without confusion. The person should be comfortable using a computer and should be able to take ownership of customer support work.
