Hiring: International Customer Support / Sales Executive

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join our growing team for an International Inbound & Outbound Process.

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound international customer interactions.

* Communicate professionally with customers via calls.

* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

* Generate sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets (where applicable).

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).

* Prior experience in International BPO, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Sales is preferred.

* Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.

* Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

* Sales aptitude will be an added advantage.

* Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Job Details:

* Process: International Inbound & Outbound

* Working Days: 6 Days a Week

* Shift: 9-Hour Rotational Shifts

* Location: Galaxy Diamond Plaza, Near Gaur City Centre Mall

* Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand (Based on Skills & Experience)
