Job Title: Telesales Associate – Insurance Sales

Role Overview:We are looking for a highly driven Senior Telesales Associate with proven experience in the insurance industry who can own the sales cycle, close deals aggressively, and maximize revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound & inbound telesales calls for insurance products
Generate leads, pitch insurance solutions, and close deals efficiently
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups
Upsell and cross-sell insurance products (Life, General, Health, etc.)
Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 6Momth –3 years of telesales experience in insurance (mandatory)
Strong closing skills with a target-driven mindset
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales
Prior experience in Life Insurance / General Insurance / Health Insurance preferred
Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
Incentives: 5k
