Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Telecaller/Telesales Executive who can manage customer interactions, generate sales opportunities, handle inquiries from IndiaMART, prepare quotations, and perform office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Handling

Call existing and prospective clients regularly.

Follow up on inquiries and generate sales leads.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Convert inquiries into orders through effective communication.

Coordinate with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.

IndiaMART Management

Handle IndiaMART leads and inquiries.

Respond to customer requirements promptly.

Follow up with leads for business conversion.

Update lead status and maintain records.

Quotation & Email Management

Prepare and send quotations to clients.

Draft and reply to emails professionally.

Coordinate with management regarding customer requirements.

Data Entry & Documentation

Maintain customer database and records.

Perform daily data entry and report preparation.

Update sales, inquiry, and order records.

Maintain proper filing of documents.

Inventory & Office Administration

Maintain stock records and inventory updates.

Coordinate with warehouse/store staff for stock availability.

Handle routine office work and administrative support.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Skills Required

Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).

Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.

Experience in Telecalling/Telesales.

Familiarity with IndiaMART portal.

Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate

Female/Male candidate.

Graduate preferred.

Experience in construction materials, concrete products, or industrial sales will be an added advantage.
