Job Description
- Handle incoming customer inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website, and marketing campaigns
- Connect with leads from CRM, databases, and marketing sources
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable 3D printer solutions
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Follow up with interested prospects to move them toward purchase decisions
- Generate quotations and coordinate with the sales team when required
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM or Excel
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
