Job Description
Bartender
Location: Yaar Morjim, Goa
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.
- Support bar promotions, events, and guest experiences.
- Requirements:Prior experience as a bartender preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, and beverages.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, team player, and hospitality-focused mindset.
Salary: As per experience
Joining: Immediate preferred.
