About the Role
The Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing customer relationships by delivering customized financial solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving business volumes. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to manage the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle, ensure portfolio quality, and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred.
- Relevant certifications in banking or financial services preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in financial services.
- Experience in loans, banking, NBFC, or retail financial products preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Relationship Management
- Acquire new clients and build strong, long‑term customer relationships.
- Manage the assigned customer portfolio and drive growth in volumes and revenue.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate financial products and solutions.
- Drive cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across products.
Credit, Risk & Portfolio Management
- Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, risk norms, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance, delinquencies, and early warning signals.
- Support recovery and resolution efforts, where required.
Service & Coordination
- Act as the single point of contact for customer queries and service resolution.
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain regular interaction with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present business MIS and performance reports.
