Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our International ManPower supply, local Recruitment and placement Consultancy The candidate should have strong in communication and client-handling skills with the ability to generate business opportunities, conduct meetings, understand hiring requirements, and coordinate with internal recruitment teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct daily client meetings (minimum 3 to 4 meetings).
Identify and research companies through LinkedIn, social media platforms, portals, references, and market networking.
Find companies where vendor requirements or hiring opportunities are available.
Generate leads and convert them into recruitment business opportunities.
Understand client hiring requirements and explain recruitment solutions professionally.
Negotiate commercial terms and maintain long-term client relationships.
Draft and send professional emails, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Coordinate with recruiters and junior team members for candidate line-ups.
Personally support critical hiring and interview coordination whenever required.
Handle recruitment portals and maintain proper client records.
Build relationships with HRs, business owners, and corporate decision-makers.
Represent the company professionally in meetings and presentations.
Required Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and social media research and excellent use of Ai.
Email drafting and professional communication skills.
Client handling and relationship management.
Presentable personality and professional attitude.
Basic recruitment industry understanding preferred.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate Preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable with local travel and office visits.
Working Model:
Office Location: Goregaon, Mumbai.
Field work and client meetings will be part of the role.
Candidate should be available to visit office whenever required.
