Position: DSA Acquisition Manager
Location: Andheri | Openings: 2 | Employment: Full-Time
Department: Sales / Business Development
Eligibility: Male only | Min. 2 years experience
Role Overview
The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for financial and wealth products like loans, credit cards, and mutual funds within the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard new DSAs and conduct regular training & performance evaluations
Achieve monthly acquisition and sales targets through effective DSA network management
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with internal sales, credit, and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Track market trends and competitor activity to refine acquisition strategies
Required Skills
Experience in DSA management, channel sales, or agency acquisition in financial services
Strong knowledge of retail lending, insurance, or wealth products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or Marketing with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Compensation
Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives (as per industry standards)
