Job Description
Job Overview:
We are hiring Insurance Executive for our Tele caller Outbound Sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and prior experience in BPO or Tele calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads for Insurance
Pitch project details, handle objections, and generate interest
Qualify leads and schedule site visits
Maintain lead data accurately in CRM
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Follow call scripts and adhere to process quality standards
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / tele calling / tele sales (any industry)
Excellent spoken English
Strong persuasion and customer engagement skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plus
