Job Description

A Field Sales Representative (or Outside Sales Rep) drives revenue by meeting face-to-face with prospective and existing clients within a designated territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Developing and implementing plans to cover a specific geographic area effectively.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Cold calling, visiting potential clients, and managing existing accounts to build loyalty.
  • Product Representation: Delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations to showcase value to clients.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal.
  • Reporting: Submitting daily/weekly reports on sales activities, forecasts, and competitor activity using CRM tools.
  • Relationship Building: Establishing trust with clients through regular in-person visits.
