Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Present and promote the company's medical assistance services to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with operations, medical, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resolve client concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in healthcare, medical assistance, insurance, or travel assistance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
