Counter Sales Executive

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Counter Sales & Delivery Executive who will manage customer interactions at the bakery counter and also handle timely delivery of orders. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude toward customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Counter Sales:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
• Help customers choose cakes, pastries, desserts, and other bakery products.
• Handle billing, cash, and digital payments.
• Maintain proper display of cakes and bakery items.
• Take customer orders for customized cakes.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the counter area.

Delivery:

• Deliver cakes and bakery products safely to customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle products carefully to avoid damage during delivery.
• Coordinate with the store team regarding order details and delivery addresses.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driving license (for delivery).
• Ability to handle cash and digital payments.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps (Google Maps, delivery apps).
• Experience
• Previous experience in bakery, retail, or delivery will be an added advantage.
