Working Days & Timings: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across all platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling SmartAWARE’s digital channels as well as our school’s social media pages on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain SmartAWARE’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Handle daily posting, engagement, and content updates for school social media pages
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, banners)
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor social media trends and implement new ideas to increase engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams for content, campaigns, and announcements
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth
• Assist in running paid campaigns (if required)
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple pages and tasks simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling educational or service-based brands
• Basic knowledge of SEO and paid ads
• Video editing or reel creation skills
