Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical assistance services for domestic and international patients.
• Receive and manage medical assistance requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Liaise with hospitals, clinics, doctors, ambulance providers, and other healthcare partners.
• Coordinate hospital admissions, medical appointments, referrals, and patient transfers.
• Verify insurance coverage and coordinate with insurance providers for approvals and authorizations.
• Monitor ongoing medical cases and maintain accurate documentation in the case management system.
• Provide regular updates to patients, families, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
• Arrange emergency medical evacuations or repatriations when required.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical medical cases to the medical team or management.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
• Prepare reports and maintain case records for operational and audit purposes.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while handling sensitive and urgent situations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless case management.
