Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, visits, emails, and networking.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and negotiate with clients.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Marketing ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing activities and campaigns.
- Promote company products through online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage social media and promotional activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
- Support branding and business development activities.
- Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Strong customer handling ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Qualification Graduate B.TECH, BCA, BA, BBA in Marketing preferred.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience1–3 Years (as per company requirement)
- Working Conditions Field visits and client meetings may be required.
- Flexible working as per business requirements.
- Salary As per company policy and experience.
