Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain inward and outward stock records.
- Receive materials and verify quantity and quality as per purchase orders.
- Issue materials to departments as per requirement.
- Maintain proper inventory and stock levels.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock reports, and store documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of materials in the store.
- Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments regarding material status.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items.
- Maintain ERP/Excel records for inventory management.
- Follow company safety and store procedures.
