Job Opening: Production Supervisor


🏢 Company: Qute Extrusion Pvt Ltd

📍 Location: Gummidipoondi, Tamil Nadu


We are looking for Minimum 1 year experienced Production Supervisors to join our growing manufacturing & Maintenance Department team.


Qualification

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical qualification
  • Experience 1–5 years of experience in Plastic Manufacturing, uPVC, PVC, WPC, or related manufacturing industries


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production operations and manpower
  • Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule
  • Monitor product quality and process efficiency
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
  • Follow safety and production standards


Requirements

  • Good leadership and team handling skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
