Job Description
Position: Urjasahayak – field sales executive (Block Advisor)
Project: PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana
Product: Solar rooftop system
Reporting To: Cluster Head (CH)
Basic understanding of solar systems, smartphone usage, local field mobility, disciplined and service-oriented attitude.
An Urjasahayak – Block Advisor is the last-mile representative of Urjastrot. The role focuses on facilitating government solar subsidy benefits to beneficiaries through structured awareness activities, beneficiary support, disciplined communication (Muni Samvaad), and mandatory CRM
reporting.
Maintain clear, truthful, and limited communication. This is not a sales role. No false promises or assumptions are permitted.
Beneficiary Support & Facilitation: Support identified beneficiaries in assigned and pre-decided areas to understand and avail government solar subsidy benefits.
Awareness Activities: Conduct awareness programs at approved locations such as government schools and designated public institutions.
Service & Execution Support: Coordinate site survey, installation, commissioning, and beneficiary handover as per SOPs.
CRM work is 100% compulsory. Same-day CRM update for all beneficiary interactions, awareness activities, and execution support tasks is mandatory.
