Platinum Banker-Household-Outbound-Branch Banking-Relationship Management
As a Platinum Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their families. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales, identifying and targeting potential customers, and offering them a range of tailored financial products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target high-value customers.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client financial goals and requirements.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and build a strong network.
- Offer a comprehensive range of financial products, including investments, loans, and insurance.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their financial well-being.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other bank teams to deliver a seamless and integrated service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the bank's growth.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking, preferably in a relationship management role.
- Proven track record of successful sales and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially those relevant to high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, demonstrating integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in using banking software and tools for client management.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
