Platinum Banker-Household-Outbound-Branch Banking-Relationship Management

As a Platinum Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and their families. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales, identifying and targeting potential customers, and offering them a range of tailored financial products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target high-value customers.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client financial goals and requirements.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and build a strong network.
  • Offer a comprehensive range of financial products, including investments, loans, and insurance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their financial well-being.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other bank teams to deliver a seamless and integrated service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the bank's growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking, preferably in a relationship management role.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially those relevant to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, demonstrating integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for client management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
