Accountant – Aone Music & Computers

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can manage daily accounts, billing, inventory tracking, and GST-related work using AlignBooks software. The role is important for maintaining accurate financial records in our laptop sales and service business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts (sales, purchases, expenses)
• Record all transactions in AlignBooks software
• Manage cash, UPI, and bank entries
• Generate invoices and maintain billing records
• Track payments and pending dues
• Maintain stock records (new & refurbished laptops)
• Update inventory in system
• Coordinate with sales & service team
• Handle basic GST entries and maintain data for filing
• Coordinate with CA
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Track expenses and basic profit data

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of AlignBooks (preferred) or similar accounting software
• Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge
• Basic accounting and GST understanding
• Attention to detail
• Organized and responsible

Qualification:

• B.Com or Commerce background preferred
• 1 years experience

Working Hours:

• 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• 2 Monthly off

Salary:

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
