Job Description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

Handle complete GST compliance, including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.), input credit reconciliation, and notices if any.

Manage direct and indirect tax filings, including TDS, income tax returns, and advance tax calculations.

Monitor and record all business expenses, ensuring proper classification and cost allocation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

Perform cost analysis and product/service costing to support pricing and profitability decisions.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts regularly.

Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and maintain proper documentation for audits
