🎯 Role OverviewAs a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients, doctors, and hospital partners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination, premium patient experience, and operational excellence across all services.

• 🧩 Key Responsibilities📞 Patient & Doctor CoordinationHandle incoming & outgoing calls related to bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Assist patients and doctors with service selection (Holter, ELR, ABPM, Sleep Study)
• Provide clear instructions before and after test procedures
• 📅 Appointment & Operations ManagementSchedule and confirm appointments for home-based diagnostics
• Coordinate with technicians for timely installation & device removal
• Ensure accurate data entry and case updates in the system
• 💬 Customer ExperienceDeliver a premium, polite, and empathetic communication experience
• Resolve patient queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and service quality standards
• 📊 Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily call logs and booking records
• Track pending cases, follow-ups, and report delivery timelines
• Support internal teams with required operational data
• 🧠 Skills & RequirementsExcellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Soft-spoken, patient-focused, and professional attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel / WhatsApp communication)
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
• Prior experience in healthcare / call center (preferred but not mandatory)
