Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP/ Tally Prime.

Prepare and manage books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers and vouchers.

Handle GST compliance: GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconcilliation), e-invoicing, and e-way bills.

Manage Income Tax Work: Computation of taxable income, TDS calculation, filling of TDS & Income Tax returns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

Proficiency in Tally Prime/ ERP.

Strong Knowledge of GST, Income Tax and TDS

Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel

Good understanding of accounting principle and strong compliance.

Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines.

Good Communication and coordination skills.

Prepare Financial statement (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Perform bank reconcillation statement (BRS) and monitor cash & bank transactions.

Maintain accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.

Use Advanced Excel for MIS reports, data analysis, reconcillation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and dashboards.

Assist in statutory audits, intrernal audits and compliance requirements.
