• Greet customers with a warm, positive attitude.

• Take orders for smoothies, juices, bowls, and quick snacks.

• Handle POS billing, cash/card payments responsibly.

• Serve orders quickly and correctly with proper presentation.

• Suggest menu items and upsell where possible.

• Maintain customer seating area, cleaning tables and counters regularly.

• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness in preparation areas.

• Stock ingredients, refill items, and track inventory levels.

• Wash utensils, equipment, and maintain sanitation standards.

• Follow food safety guidelines and brand recipes consistently.
