Job title: Architect cum Sales Consultant
Timings/Mode: Work from home.
Pay: Commission per new client.
Mode: Work from Office.
Location: 1508B Beverly park 2, MG road Gurugram. 122002. Haryana.
Job description: An Architect cum Sales Consultant drives revenue by merging technical design expertise with client-facing consultative sales. They lead client meetings, assess project feasibility, create initial architectural or interior design concepts, and present tailored proposals to close deals.
Job responsibilities:
Consultative Sales: Engage with leads, conduct site visits, and understand client lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and budget constraints
Design Conceptualization: Translate client briefs into preliminary architectural layouts, 2D/3D floor plans, and mood boards.
Proposal & Pitching: Develop and present custom design proposals, product selections (e.g., modular furniture, materials, lighting), and accurate cost estimates to clients. You have to bring your own leads.
Job requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Interior design/ or Diploma/Degree in Interior Design.
Experience: freshers are welcome.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to translate technical architectural details into accessible language for the client.
You will be given a proper appointment letter with your commission amount stated in it. You can also be a part of the project that is created from the client.
