Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Ayurveda Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be handling telephonic inquiries and driving sales for our specialized male fertility product range.
- Key Responsibilities:Direct Sales: Handle outbound and inbound calls to explain product benefits and convert leads into sales.
- Consultation: Provide basic guidance on Ayurvedic supplements related to male fertility.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly sales targets to ensure business growth.
- Customer Relationship: Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Candidate Requirements:Education: Graduate preferred (Candidates with knowledge of Ayurveda/Healthcare will have an edge).
- Experience: 1+ year in Tele-sales, B2C Sales, or Pharma sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Skills: Strong persuasion skills, active listening, and a professional phone manner.
- Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience).
- Allowances: ₹2,000 fixed Travel Allowance (TA).
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives over and above the fixed salary.
- Work Timings & Location:Shift: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM.
- Working Days: 6 days a week with a Weekly Rotational Off.
- Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office.
