Job Description

*Back Office Executive Job Description*

*Job Title*: Back Office Executive

*Department*: Operations / Administration

*Location*: Gurugram / As per company requirement

*Key Responsibilities*:

- *Data Management*: Enter, verify, and update customer, order, and invoice data accurately in ERP/CRM systems

- *Documentation*: Prepare, check, and file invoices, contracts, purchase orders, and shipping documents

- *Coordination*: logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing

- *Customer Support*: Handle email and call queries, resolve issues, and provide status updates to clients

- *Reporting*: Generate daily/weekly MIS

- *Compliance*: Ensure all records comply with company policy and GST/documentation norms

- *Process Support*: Assist in billing, reconciliation, and follow-ups for payments and deliveries

*Required Skills*:

- Strong typing speed and MS Excel proficiency for data handling

- Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Basic understanding of ERP, Tally, or SAP is a plus

*Qualifications*:

-

- *Experience*: 0-2 years. Freshers with good computer skills are welcome

- *Other*: Prior experience in back office, data entry, or accounts is an advantage
