Job Description

  • Business DevelopmentDrive branch revenue through acquisition of new clients and cross-selling of capital market products.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Develop and implement local business development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, retail clients, corporate clients, and business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and local market initiatives.
  • Sales & Revenue GenerationPromote Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Currency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, IPOs, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, and other investment products.
  • Increase client activation and trading volumes.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of individual and branch targets.
