Babita Arts & Designs is a creative firm specializing in bespoke artworks, furniture, and design solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media presence (@babitaartsanddesigns), especially on Instagram
• Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content
• Identify and track relevant tenders; prepare and assist in participation
• Regularly check for new business opportunities through tender platforms
• Handle professional communication with potential clients and leads
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain services effectively

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media management
• Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) about tender processes
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Confident, professional, and proactive approach in client interactions
• Organized and responsible with follow-ups and reporting

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in social media marketing or business development
• Familiarity with design/art industry (added advantage)
