Job Description
Sales Executive – Aluminium & uPVC Doors & Windows
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in the premium aluminium doors/windows segment and slim line partitions.
If you have strong market knowledge, good communication skills, and an active network with dealers, architects, interior designers, and contractors, we want to connect with you.
Job Role:
Generate sales for aluminium doors/windows systems and slim line partitions.
Develop and manage dealer/distributor network
Build relationships with Interior Designers, Architects (IDA), Builders & Contractors
Handle site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups
Coordinate with production and execution teams for smooth project delivery
Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years experience in aluminium / uPVC doors & windows sales
Strong dealer and IDA network in Delhi NCR preferred
Knowledge of slim profile systems, partitions, shower partitions, and luxury home solutions is a plus
Good communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
Self-driven and target-oriented personality
Must own a bike/car for market visits
