About the Role

We are hiring Retail Sales Associates for one of India’s leading Telecom operators for its retail business across Delhi NCR. The selected candidate will act as the face of the brand, responsible for driving sales, engaging customers, and delivering an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the retail store/corporates
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Telecom products and services.
• Drive sales conversions to achieve individual and store revenue targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell telecom products including SIM connections, plans, and value-added services.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and brand visibility.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
• Follow company policies and sales processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior experience in Retail Sales / Telecom / Customer Service/BFSI preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with sales orientation.
