Job Title: Sales Manager – Life Insurance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the life insurance segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of advisors while achieving sales targets and ensuring quality business.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
Train and develop advisors to achieve sales targets
Generate business through team and personal network
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines
Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and performance reviews
Drive persistency and quality of business
Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Female preferred
Age: 21 to 35 years
Experience: Minimum 1 year in insurance industry (Life Insurance preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and leadership abilities
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,50,000 per annum
