Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a confident and dynamic Female Business Development & HR Executive who is passionate about building a successful career in the infrastructure and construction industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, along with the enthusiasm to grow professionally in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Managing HR activities including recruitment coordination, employee communication, and documentation.

Supporting business development and marketing coordination activities.

Handling communication and follow-ups with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and project teams.

Assisting in proposal submissions, CV sourcing, and coordination for ongoing infrastructure projects.

Maintaining professional relationships and ensuring smooth internal and external communication.

Candidates having prior exposure to the construction/infrastructure sector or a strong desire to establish their career in this industry will be preferred. The applicant should be presentable, self-motivated, and capable of handling responsibilities independently with confidence and professionalism.
