Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and professional Chat Support Specialists to join our International Travel Process for American Airlines. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for international travelers, resolving queries in real-time with high accuracy and professional written etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage high-volume chat interactions providing end-to-end travel solutions.

Assist passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, baggage queries, and frequent flyer programs.

Maintain a high level of professional grammar, tone, and clarity (Writex B2 Standard).

Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality benchmarks.

Handle multiple chats simultaneously without compromising on the quality of the response.

Technical & Assessment Thresholds:

To be shortlisted, candidates must clear the following evaluation

Metrics:

Writex Test: Minimum score of 65 (B2 Level).

Grammar: 65+ (Email Proficiency).

Essay & Email Grading: Grade B2 or above.

Content & Structure: 60+ (Email Accuracy).

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduates (Freshers/Exp) or Undergraduates with relevant experience.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat, Voice, or Travel processes is mandatory.

Communication: Exceptional written English skills (Grammar, Punctuation, and Tone).

Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in 24/7 Rotational Night Shifts.

Availability: Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.

Compensation & Perks

Fixed In-Hand Salary: Up to 27,000 Per Month (Depending on experience).

PLI: Up to 24,000 Per Annum (Performance Linked Incentive).

Transport: Free both-side cab facility.

Schedule: 5 Days working with 2 Rotational Week-offs.
