📍 Location: Gurugram

CredResolve is building a high-performance collections team and is looking for experienced professionals who can manage recovery calls while maintaining customer professionalism and compliance standards.

🔹 Open Positions

• Collection Callers – 8

• DRA Certified Collection Agents – 10

💰 Compensation

• ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand (6 months – 1 year experience)

• Up to ₹24,000 In-Hand (DRA Certified + 1+ year experience)

• Performance-based incentives

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls for overdue payment collections

• Handle Soft Bucket / Hard Bucket recovery calls

• Explain payment dues, charges and settlement options to customers

• Maintain follow-up schedules to maximize recovery

• Update call notes and payment status in CRM

• Achieve monthly recovery targets assigned by management

📌 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months experience in collections / recovery calling

• Soft Bucket / Hard Bucket experience mandatory

• DRA Certification preferred for higher salary bracket

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer handling skills
