Role Overview

We are hiring a Collection Executive – X Bucket to manage early-stage delinquency accounts (X bucket) and ensure timely recovery through structured follow-ups.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally while achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle X bucket (early delinquency) accounts and ensure timely collections
• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups
• Explain dues, penalties, and repayment schedules clearly
• Negotiate and convince customers for on-time or partial payments
• Maintain daily call logs and collection reports
• Ensure adherence to RBI and company compliance guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and payment tracking
• Achieve assigned monthly collection targets and KPIs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in collections, tele-calling, or recovery (NBFC/fintech preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle customer pressure and difficult conversations
• Basic knowledge of collections lifecycle and bucket system
• Familiarity with dialer systems / CRM tools is an advantage
• Performance Metrics (KPIs)
• Collection efficiency (%) in X bucket
• Daily call productivity
• Promise-to-pay (PTP) conversion rate
• Roll-forward reduction
