Job Description

A Customer Care Executive (CCE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and support requests via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to propose improvements in service quality.
